Participant Technologies is rebuilding that experience from GIFT City — single-asset funds, dollar rails, and tokenized units that make institutional real estate ownable from $10,000. Most fintech founders can't read institutional real estate; most developers can't structure a cross-border regulated product. This team does both: origination discipline and fund architecture, under one roof.
